The steps are as follows:
Select the Start-Control Panel
Select Administrative Tools, Local Security Settings
Right-click on the Software Restriction Policies, and select Create new Policies
Then right-click on Additional Rule, and select New Path Rule.
In the Path column, enter the drive where the application can not be executed. Since most malware spread from the flash disk, you should type the drive in which the flash disk is located. For example, if a flash disk in the drive D, the type D: \
In the Security Level are selected "Disallowed".
Select OK and restart the computer.
